The game lets you play characters from various JoJo arcs and relive some of the battles from JoJo stories. Even better, the voice-overs also got an update matching the voice-acting fans have come to love from the anime. However, as the anime has an extremely distinct art style and features overly muscular characters, the transition from anime to the 3D fighting game is perfect. However, fans of the first fighting game will notice that All-Star-Battle R did not get a remake-level visual overhaul.
